I'm Gone 03:31
There's voices in my empty home at night when I am all alone From underneath the stove And it might be lies they're selling me. I know that my heart's telling me I'm living with a ghost. Staying in bed was too scary, So I grabbed all the cash I could carry And I'm gone. So I walked the dirty streets alone until the morning. I came home and The ghost was in my bed. I lay my head down at her side. She slowly opened up her eyes And this is what she said. "I think I'm gonna have a son. I think I'm gonna have a son And he won't call you 'Dad,' But it's been real and it's been fun. I'm gonna have a son." I believed every lie that you told me, Every alibi that you sold me. (yeah) Staying in bed was too scary, so I grabbed all the cash I could carry And right when I thought I was ready to walk out the door, "Baby, don't leave! I know we can be the way we were before!" *inst break* I believed every lie that you told me, Every alibi that you sold me, So I grabbed all the cash I could carry. Don't you try to stop me! DON'T YOU TRY TO STOP ME! I grabbed all the cash I could carry And I'm gone. I'm gone. I'm gone.

Broken Nose 03:29
When she walked out of my life, she slammed a heavy door And I felt a pain shoot through me; one I’ve never felt before And then I started bleeding all over here front yard, So I went down to the doctor and said, “I think she broke my heart.” He said, “I wasn’t there, so I don’t really know. I wasn’t there and I heard you say she broke your heart, But I’m pretty sure she broke your nose.” Cause when she slammed that door, she laid your nose out flat And it almost looks as if she might’ve hit you with a baseball bat. I wasn’t there, so it’s really not my business. I wasn’t there, But I’ll tell you what, I got this friend of mine He’ll fix you up in no time He did Michael Jackson’s chin and George Clooney’s teeth He did Bill Clinton’s love handles and Michael Jordan’s feet And Kim Kardashian’s personality. I wasn’t there, so I don’t really know. I wasn’t there and I heard you say she broke your heart, But I’m pretty sure she broke your nose. Yeah, I’m pretty sure she broke your nose."
3.
I haven’t heard a word from you in seven weeks. My heart is stuck in overdrive. It’s getting hard for me to see. I’m looking for a love… oh, anyone will do; Up on a billboard or down on the corner. I don’t care as long as she looks like you. Do you remember the wild lover’s ranch? The outside the city limits where the moonlight ladies dance? Well, I went down the other night to get my fill And even though the working girls ain’t got your soul, I get so lonely on the road. I hope she looks like you. I hope she looks like you. Mmmmmm… (break) It’s so hard to make love with a stranger when I got you on my mind, So I paid her for the troubled and I thanked her for her time. She don’t look like you. No, she don’t look like you. No, she don’t look like you.

Ferris Wheel 03:01
I’ve been on this Ferris wheel before And I have sat there at the top With Annabelle, Irene and Susan And I just wanted the ride to stop And it didn’t matter who There was nothing she could do To make me feel the way I feel when I’m with you. I’ve been on this Ferris wheel before, But it’s never felt like this. Outside of lingerie commercials, I never thought you could exist And yet you’re sitting there, Catching moonlight in your hair, saying, “Come on, darling! I can take you there!” If I were you, I would keep a paramedic on speed dial Cause if you get any closer, if you get any closer my heart is gonna pop. We were on that Ferris wheel When a voice came on the PA and said, “It’s closing time.” Well, if I was Mark Zuckerberg, I’d buy the park and keep the operators there all night. We’d laugh and sing and have our fun And then we’d watch the morning sun Riding on that Ferris wheel. Riding on that Ferris wheel.
